Mega Reel

Mega Reel Review

Mega Reel is a Jumpman Gaming casino that takes its name from a bonus wheel used on many of this operator’s welcome bonuses. Needless to say, this Mega Reel features as part of the site’s welcome offer, but there’s a lot more to this site than a simple welcome offer.

Welcome Bonuses

Unsurprisingly, Mega Reel has a Mega Reel promotion for its welcome bonus.

Deposit £10 or more to spin the reel and get your hands on up to 500 free spins. These spins are fixed to the Starburst slot machine and come with a 65x wagering requirement.

You can’t convert more than your lifetime deposits, and as this is a new deposit bonus, that lifetime amount is the same as your first deposit amount.

The Mega Reel also includes a £10 Amazon voucher. If you land on this section, the voucher will be sent to your registered email address.

Loyalty Offers

At the time of writing, the loyalty promotions on Mega Reel are not as plentiful as they have been in the past. Many of the bonuses in the “promotions” section are just links to jackpots, as well as small and somewhat exclusive promotions like Winner Winner Chicken Dinner, which has been active for over 3 years.

However, there are still a few interesting bonuses and promotions, such as a giveaway that offers up to £3,000 in prizes via a prize draw. It’s only available for one month and so it likely won’t be active when you read this Mega Reel review, but it’s reflective of some of the best and most common bonuses found on this site.

I recommend checking the promotions page before you make a deposit, just to make sure you’re getting everything that you’re entitled to.

Slots and Other Casino Games

Red Tiger Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Eyecon, Playson, Pragmatic Play, and Yggdrasil are just a few of the developers that keep the Mega Reel games room interesting. The live casino comes courtesy of Pragmatic Play Live and there are 10 bingo rooms exclusive to Jumpman Gaming.

Mega Reel covers all bases, but it doesn’t really excel in any of them. There are bigger and better online casinos out there, including ones that have their own unique games and don’t rely so much on classic titles from perennial developers like NetEnt.

There are also sites that have a bigger and better selection of bingo titles, including Quality Bingo, which has multiple bingo games active at any given time and gives players the chance to win thousands of pounds a day.

Where Mega Reel excels is in combining all of these things. Oftentimes, big creators split their slots and bingo games into separate sites, as with Foxy Bingo and Foxy Games, as well as Wink Bingo and Wink Slots. And even then, they often ignore RNG table games, video poker games, and scratch cards.

Jumpman Gaming sites like Mega Reel have everything under one roof. You could say that they are the jack of all trades and expert of none, but that seems a bit harsh. In truth, variety is what many players are looking for and Jumpman Gaming is an expert in offering variety.

Deposits and Withdrawals

If you have played other Jumpman Gaming casinos, you’ll know what to expect from the banking options at Mega Reel.

First, it accepts Visa, Mastercard, Pay By Mobile, Maestro, Paysafecard, and PayPal. It’s a good selection and will appease all players.

However, it charges a fee of £2.50 to process withdrawals via all of these methods. You will also be charged £2.50 for making a deposit through Pay By Mobile, although that particular option isn’t available for withdrawals.

The problem with this fee is that it discriminates against casual players, which seem to be the bulk of Jumpman Gaming’s player base. It means that players who withdraw £10 will only receive £7.50, while players who withdraw £1,000 will receive £992.50. For the former, it’s a loss of 25% and a sizeable chunk of their profits. For the latter, it’s a minor irritation at worst and they probably won’t even notice.

Verdict: Mega Reel Review

It’s more of the same from Jumpman Gaming. Mega Reel has good games, a great Mega Reel bonus, and top loyalty promotions. There are some niggling issues, but they are overshadowed by the positives.
