I had a lot of praise for Foxy Bingo during my review, noting how it was one of the best bingo sites on the web. But what about Foxy Games?

This is the brand’s online casino, swapping bingo rooms for slots and table games. In the following Foxy Games review, I take a closer look at its games, bonuses, jackpots, and more.

Welcome Bonuses

£40 in slot credits and 40 free spins are on the table for all new players at Foxy Games. You must deposit at least £10 to qualify for these credits.

The free spins have a value of £0.10 each. All of your slot credits and free spin winnings are subject to a 40x wagering requirement.

The site has a few other bonuses as well, but there aren’t as many as I had expected.

You can collect free spins with Daily Reel Deal, which lets you spin and collect prizes every day; Foxy Freebies, which offers a wealth of freebies, and free slot tournaments. The latter of these are offered on a regular basis. You just need to opt-in, play the qualifying games, and earn as many points as you can.

As you collect, you’ll advance up the leaderboard, and if you finish in the top few positions, you could win free spins, bonus credits, and cash. Just bear in mind that these tournaments usually favour higher spenders.

You’ll also find plenty of Drop & Wins on Foxy Games. These are jackpots attached to slot machines and they can be won at random. There are thousands of pounds in prizes and you’ll find them on a number of games.

Casino Games

The layout of Foxy Games is very basic, with a colour scheme somewhat reminiscent of William Hill. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for, everything is neat and compact, and yet there are still hundreds of games in many different categories.

Some casinos make a pig’s ear out of their design. They overcomplicate it or try to accommodate too much and it ends up looking horrible and being difficult to use. That’s not the case with Foxy Games.

The games include the usual selection of classics you have played a hundred times (Gonzo’s Quest, Fluffy Favourites, Rainbow Riches, Big Bass Bonanza, Starburst) alongside slots that have only just been released. Foxy Games also has exclusive games.

Some of the site’s exclusive games are also on Foxy Bingo, but we’re not just talking about one or two titles that you may have played elsewhere. In fact, as I write this, there are currently over half a dozen titles branded as both “New” and “Exclusive”, suggesting that it makes a habit out of creating its own games.

Foxy Games has a number of jackpot slots, Megaways games, virtual scratch cards, and live casino games. The latter come from big brands like Evolution Gaming and include live dealer game shows. However, it is mostly targeted toward slot machines. That’s where you will find the bulk of its games and bonuses.

There are a couple of areas that need a little work. There is a “Foxy’s Space” section that serves as a blog/collection of guides. But there are only three articles at the time of writing and one of them is an annual collection of “Most Popular Games” from three years ago. It was a good idea, but it clearly didn’t take off and so they left it.

I can’t really mark them down for that, but I feel that they should probably remove the link from the footer after all these years.

Customer Support

There are no complaints from me in the customer service department, and that’s rare. The Foxy Games support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are very helpful and can be contacted by live chat.

The only issue I have (okay, so there was a complaint after all) is that it doesn’t really care about non-members. This is fairly common in the online gambling industry and it’s frustrating. If you click the “contact” link as a member, you’ll go to an actual contact page with actual options. As a non-member, you just get fobbed off with an FAQ.

It’s not a massive issue, but it makes it harder to get those pre-membership questions answered.

Verdict: Foxy Games Review

I expected more bonuses from Foxy Games. There is still a selection of them to choose from and the welcome bonus is great, but as it’s such a big name in the industry, I was anticipating dozens of options.

Still, everything else is as expected and the site is excellent overall.

FAQ

Who Owns Foxy Games?

Foxy Games is owned by Entain, which also includes massive brands like Ladbrokes. The services are provided by LC International Limited, with the “LC” here standing for Ladbrokes Coral.

Can I Play with My Foxy Bingo Account?

Unlike Betfair Bingo and Betfair Sportsbook, along with countless other examples, Foxy Games does not exist merely as a separate section of the main Foxy Bingo site. If you want to play at Foxy Games, you’ll need to sign up, even if you have a Foxy Bingo account.
But that’s a good thing, as it means you can collect the Foxy Games welcome bonus.

What Should I Do If I Have a Complaint Against Foxy Games?

The customer support on Foxy Games is solid. If you have a complaint against the site, you should contact them directly in the first instance and give them a chance to resolve it. Beyond that, you can try contacting IBAS, of which Foxy Games is a member. IBAS is an independent organisation that will act as a mediator in the event of player vs casino disputes.

Does Foxy Games Have a Responsible Gambling Program?

Yes, and it is also a member of GamStop. There are a number of tools in your Foxy Games account that can help you to control your gambling.
