Types of data: Pages visited, location, anonymised IP address, website interactions (which buttons you pressed), referring website (which website you arrived from), time/date of visit.

Primary Purpose for Collection and Use of Data: For analytical purposes so that we can improve our website and better understand visitor behaviour. We use Google Analytics and we obtain consent before using the Google analytics cookies, even though Meteor Marketing Ltd enables the ‘Anonymise IP’ setting within Google Analytics. 

Lawful bases for processing: User consent. We will only introduce the Google Analytics cookies once you’ve consented to non-essential cookies.

Feedback Support

Types of data: If you provide us feedback or contact us for support we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content that you send to us, in order to reply.

Primary Purpose for Collection and Use of Data: To receive and act upon any feedback or issues you may have.

Lawful bases for processing: Legitimate interest: in receiving, and acting upon, your feedback or issues.

Corporate Partner Information

Types of data: We collect the name, and contact information, of our corporate partners and their employees with whom we may interact.

Primary Purpose for Collection and Use of Data: This includes communicating with corporate partners concerning normal business administration such as projects, services, and billing.

Lawful bases for processing: Legitimate interests and in some cases Contract. 

Marketing Mailing List

Types of data: When you sign up for one of our mailing lists we collect your email address or postal address.

Primary Purpose for Collection and Use of Data: We share information about our products and services with individuals that consent to receive such information.

Lawful bases for processing: Consent. In the event that we send marketing mail, our list of recipients will contain only those who have opted in. 

Reviews and Comments

Types of data: If you elect to leave a comment on an article or a review on a directory listing, we will collect your email address, name and text content (i.e. your comment or review). If this content meets our approval, we will publish your name and text content for public viewing. As such we recommend that you do not publish self identifying information. We reserve the right to have sole discretion over the content we approve.

Primary Purpose for Collection and Use of Data: Moderating and possibly approving your comments and reviews for public display on our website.

Lawful bases for processing: Consent will be required at the time of filling in the relevant forms to post reviews or comments.

When you choose to claim an offer featured on the Site, you will be directed to a third party website where you can provide the information required to participate in the activity. Meteor Marketing Ltd does not collect or receive the information you input on that gaming site. In addition to the information that we collect from you directly, we may also receive information about you from other sources, including third parties, business partners, our affiliates, data analytics providers, advertising networks, social networks, or publicly available sources.

Your direct sharing of personal information through the Site or third-party websites and services. The Site may enable you to share Personal Information with other users of the Site or with websites or online services operated by third parties.  For example, the Site may permit comments to be submitted on articles and contain links to third-party websites that incorporate comment and social media features.  It may also be possible to leave reviews on directory listings on our website and as such we discourage you from leaving personal identifying information. We also reserve the right to moderate your comments/reviews if we consider them to be spam, or to be otherwise unacceptable.

Other Disclosures with Your Consent.  Meteor Marketing Ltd may ask if you would like us to share your information with other unaffiliated third parties who are not described elsewhere in this policy.

  • Promotional Emails. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we employ commercially reasonable physical, technical and administrative procedures to safeguard the Personal Information we collect online.  However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to the Site or to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk. In the event that we are required by law to inform you of a breach to your Personal Information we may notify you electronically, in writing, or by telephone, if permitted to do so by law.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

Gambling.Expert is intended only to be used by residents if the UK. If you are not a resident of the UK, please do not continue to use our website.

DATA RETENTION POLICY

We retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, or an individual requests that we delete information about them and we are required to comply with that request.

CHILDREN

Content on this Site is directed at individuals over the age of 18 and is not directed at anybody under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from persons under the age of 18.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
