Why is a penguin wearing a tuxedo, you ask? I don’t know. I thought they had a built-in tux. But it looks amusing and it’s different, so I have to give the developers credit for that. 

Welcome Bonuses

Lord Ping offers its welcome bonus to “opinionated players”. I’ve never felt so targeted…

My partner literally used those words to describe me moments before I visited the site. I mean, there were a few—very colourful—words before and after that phrase, and while she was suggesting that I do something, it wasn’t “collect £50”. But still, I feel like this bonus speaks to me.

You need to deposit at least £10 to qualify for this bonus and it only applies to your first-ever deposit with the site. It is a 100% matched deposit bonus with a cap of £100. It basically doubles your deposit up to £100, after which you’ll always receive the maximum bonus of £100.

There is a wagering requirement of 60x and you have 30 days to meet this requirement. Many of the slot machines on the site contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement but other games count for just 10%. There are some exceptions though, so check the terms and conditions for more information.

Casino Games and Software

Lord Ping was clearly optimised for mobile, as it doesn’t look great on desktop. Everything is much bigger than it needs to be.

I conducted most of this review on desktop and it was a very difficult site to use. It’s a matter of personal preference and it could have something to do with my setup, so I won’t go into too much detail, but it wasn’t the best experience.

The games on Lord Ping are mostly classic slots and jackpot slots from top developers like Blueprint Gaming, NetEnt, and the excellent Playtech. Far too many UK casinos avoid Playtech and opt instead for Microgaming. I personally love Playtech, especially the Age of the Gods series, so I was happy to see that developer and those slots included here.

Most of the slots are organized using basic categories, as is the case with the vast majority of online casinos out there right now. However, there is also a section for “Slot Themes”. If you click this category, you will see a list of different slot themes, including “Animals”, “Fruits”, and more.

It’s not exactly what I mean when I say that casinos need more categories. I would prefer to see options for features, including “Tumbling Reels” and “Sticky Wilds”. There is a section for “Megaways”, but that’s usually the case, and it’s the least necessary option. After all, Megaways games always use “Megaways” in their title, so you can see a complete list just by punching the name into the search field.

The same can’t be said for other features.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Lord Ping accepts PayPal, Skrill, Paysafecard, Visa, and MasterCard, along with a few other payment methods. Usually, this is the point where I complain about withdrawal fees or slow withdrawals, but none of these issues exist on Lord Ping.

You should get your funds within 24 hours for most payment methods and you won’t be charged anything for deposits or withdrawals.

Verdict: Lord Ping Review

Lord Ping has an excellent selection of games, as well as real money slot tournaments that compete with the likes of Duelz Casino in terms of size and regularity. There are some decent bonuses to collect, great slot machines to play, and everything is compatible with both mobile and desktop.

As far as the negatives are concerned, the desktop site could use some work, though I feel that’s not going to happen as most players use their mobile anyway.

One of the things I didn’t mention above is that Lord Ping has a very impressive blog. It’s rare that I say that, as it’s almost never true. Even sites like Foxy Games drop the ball when it comes to providing their players with content. They usually have the intention to do something great, but then give up after just a few posts.

Lord Ping has yet to give up and has some great guides and blogs, the latter of which are listed as “Opinions”. They even conduct interviews with former football legends.
