The Daily Record is a Scottish tabloid that was founded toward the end of the 19th century in Glasgow.

I totally knew that before this review and didn’t just Google it.

Daily Record Bingo uses the same logo and colour scheme seen on the newspaper, and it also carries the tabloid’s name, but that’s about where the connection ends. Just like Mirror Bingo and other newspaper bingo sites (there are more than you’d think), it’s just a standard bingo site.

And as it’s owned and run by Jumpman Gaming, it’s a standard site that you may have seen and played dozens of times before.

That’s not a bad thing, though. As the following Daily Record review shows, there is a lot to like about this online bingo site.

Welcome Bonuses

Usually, you know exactly what you’re getting from a Jumpman Gaming welcome bonus. It’ll be a Mega Wheel, Mega Reel, or Loot Chest that offers up to 500 free spins. In some cases, those spins will be swapped for a deposit bonus of up to 1,000% that uses the same terms and is basically the same bonus.

Daily Record Bingo doesn’t follow that trend, though. Instead, it offers all new players the chance to claim up to £6,000 via a triple welcome bonus.

It all revolves around the Multiplier Wheel, which comes with a maximum bonus of £2,000 per spin, with three spins allowed for each new player. You’ll get a spin every time you deposit £10 or more and can claim up to 10x from each one.

This means that you need to be depositing £200 each time to claim the maximum, but there is still a lot of money to collect.

The terms are a bit of a letdown, though. The maximum bonus conversion is equivalent to your lifetime deposits, so while you can use that boosted bonus cash to clear the wagering requirements, you’ll lose most of it before you withdraw.

Speaking of wagering requirements, they are fixed at 65x, which means you’ll need to wager £650 for each of those £10 deposits.

Customer Support

I have had very poor experiences with Jumpman Gaming customer service. They have a habit of ignoring my emails unless I am a member, which irritates me no end.

I expected the same from Daily Record Bingo, but they actually responded to my questions.

To give you an idea of how surprising that is, I sent messages to 20 other Jumpman Gaming sites at the same time and none of them replied. It’s not like I didn’t give them enough time, either. It has been three weeks, and I have yet to receive anything.

With Daily Record Bingo, I got a response within 4 hours. For most casinos, that is very good. For Jumpman casinos, it is extraordinary.

Verdict: Daily Record Bingo Review

Daily Record Bingo is a standard Jumpman Gaming site, which means it has great games and loyalty bonuses but falls a little flat in the banking options department. It’s not exactly like other Jumpman sites though, as it actually has good customer support. That alone is enough to earn Daily Record Bingo a few extra points.

It also does things differently when it comes to the welcome bonus.

It’s still not the best site for players who don’t like Jumpman, but for everyone else, it’s worth checking out.
