Cons

  • Half-Hearted Theme

What’s your first thought on hearing the name Crush Wins? Personally, I was expecting a love-themed casino not unlike LoveHearts Bingo. As we’re talking about an industry that birthed Two Fat Ladies and other cancel-worthy creations, a part of me also expected some kind of tasteless sumo wrestling theme.

After finishing my brief game of “guess the theme”, I visited the site and got my answer.

It’s….water? To be honest, I’m still not sure. There is definitely some kind of nautical deep blue vibe going on here, but I’m not really sure how it relates to the name.

Then again, it’s not the first time that a casino has left me disappointed and bemused in the theme department.

Moving away from the confusing and somewhat uninspiring theme, Crush Wins is a Jumpman Gaming site that’s packed with both slot machines and bingo rooms. It also includes the usual abundance of loyalty offers found across the entire Jumpman network.

Welcome Bonuses

Deposit £10 or more to open the Loot Chest and claim up to 500 free spins. These spins are available on the Release the Kraken slot, which actually ties in with the site’s theme. It’s a great bonus and it’s one that has featured (in one form or another) on countless other Jumpman Gaming sites.

As with all of those other sites, there are a few terms and conditions to keep an eye out for:

  • Maximum bonus conversion equal to lifetime deposits (no more than £250)
  • Spins limited to a single game only (varies)
  • Wagering requirement of 65x
  • “Quick Deposit” funds may not qualify for the bonus

The wagering requirement is pretty extensive, but you can track it in your Crush Wins account. It’s also worth noting that while most slots count toward this requirement, there are many exceptions and you’ll also get little return—if any—from playing table games and live casino games.

You can find more information in the bonus terms and conditions.

The welcome bonus isn’t the only area where Crush Wins shines. It has some of the industry’s best loyalty promotions as well, including a loyalty scheme that’s based on challenges, trophies, and their respective rewards.

There are thousands of possible free spins to collect as you advance through this scheme and you can get your hands on many other prizes as well. What’s more, Crush Wins has regular giveaways, real money tournaments, and other big offers to keep you interested.

Casino Games and Bingo Rooms

There are several issues with Crush Wins, and I will get to them shortly. But none of those are related to its casino games, of which there are many.

It has dozens of jackpot titles, top 3D slots from big developers like NetEnt and Blueprint, and a live casino.

You can also participate in a selection of bingo rooms. Usually, bingo rooms on smaller slot-focused sites aren’t worth your time or money. But these rooms connect to the entire Jumpman network, one that spans over 200 sites and countless active players. The result is that you’ll never be short of competitors and there are always big prizes and jackpots to be won.

Deposits and Withdrawals

I said I would get to my complaints about Crush Wins and here they are.

Firstly, there is a withdrawal fee of £2.50. It’s fixed, so it applies to all withdrawals. Whether you’re cashing out the minimum of £10 or £10,000, you will pay this £2.50 charge. Obviously, it impacts small-stake players the most, and that’s a shame, as Jumpman Gaming sites like Crush Wins seem to appeal to small-stake players.

The second issue is the pending withdrawal time of up to 3 days. If you withdraw your winnings on a Monday, you might not see them until Thursday, and that’s true even if you’re using PayPal, which should be instant.

The fact that PayPal is accepted to begin with is a positive, and you can also use debit cards and Pay By Mobile. But these are minor positives and they can be found on most UK-licensed casinos. The same can’t be said for the painfully slow withdrawals or the unnecessary withdrawal fee.

Verdict: Crush Wins Review

Crush Wins has a good selection of slots, bingo rooms, live casino games, and loyalty promotions. It also has the usual eye-catching welcome bonus found across the Jumpman network.

Add some great loyalty bonuses and you have what seems to be a winning combination. Of course, you’ve probably already seen the rating, so you know there is a big “but” coming. Several of them, in fact.

The withdrawals are slow, the withdrawal fee is annoying, and the theme lacks originality or even cohesion.

These will be minor issues for some and massive problems for others. I still think that Crush Wins has more positives than negatives and I’d recommend checking it out, but don’t expect a world-beater.
