Aztec Wins Review

Aztec Wins is a Jumpman site with a colourful and comical styling. It’s supposed to be themed around the Aztecs but gives me more Crash Bandicoot vibes. Still, it looks interesting and is easy on the eye.

Check out this Aztec Wins review for more information on the site.

Welcome Bonuses

The welcome bonus on Aztec Wins works a little differently than the ones on other Jumpman sites. You still need to deposit £10 or more to qualify and there are also similar terms (65x wagering requirement, max conversion limits), but instead of 500 free spins, you’ll get a 100% match-up bonus.

This bonus is capped at £200 and can be used to play any of the top games available in the Aztec Wins games room.

Loyalty Offers

Jumpman Gaming casinos have the best loyalty bonuses around. These are often overlooked for the welcome bonus, which is far more eye-catching. But if you’re prepared to give the site some of your loyalty and keep those deposits flowing, it will reward you in kind.

There are a few bonuses that remain active all of the time, including one known as Winner Winner Chicken Dinner (which grants a Just Eat voucher to the biggest winner of the month), but most of them come and go.

You’ll find giveaways, free spin promotions, matched deposit bonuses, events, and more. Check the promotions page to see what’s active at the time you join up.

Slots and Other Games

Aztec Wins briefly highlights its Mesoamerican-themed slot machines, but as with many online casinos, the theme is little more than a token gesture and it doesn’t really have any depth.

Still, this is not an RPG, so that doesn’t really matter. Aztec Wins still has plenty of good games to play and these have been created by a number of popular developers, including the old-school Microgaming, the innovative Yggdrasil, and the massively popular NetEnt.

It means that you’ll find classic 3-reel slot machines right alongside favourites like Gonzo’s Quest, Starburst, Fluffy Favourites, and more.

If live casino gaming is more to your style, Aztec Wins has a live dealer section with games of baccarat, blackjack, roulette, craps, and poker provided by the Pragmatic Play Live platform.

There are also table games, scratch cards, and video poker games, many of which come from NetEnt and Microgaming, as well as bingo rooms. The bingo games connect across all Jumpman Gaming casinos, thus ensuring that there are always lots of players and big prize pools.

You can play these bingo games for just £0.01 per ticket, but the average is £0.05 to £0.10. The prizes vary from around £10 or £20 all of the way to several hundred and even several thousand pounds.

Customer Support

I have a history with Jumpman Gaming’s customer support.

I don’t know what it is with these guys, but they have a habit of ignoring all my emails, regardless of how simple my question is. Maybe it’s because I’m not a member at the time I send those messages, but if that’s the case then why bother letting non-members access your contact section?

Anyway, the live chat works if you’re a member. If not, and you have a question, just check their FAQ. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, give up and save yourself the hassle.

Deposits and Withdrawals

You can use all of the following payment methods at Aztec Wins:

  • Visa Debit
  • Mastercard Debit
  • Maestro
  • PayPal
  • Pay By Mobile
  • Paysafecard

Pay By Mobile is the only one of these that charges for deposits, and it’s also the one with the lowest limits. What’s more, both Pay By Mobile and Paysafecard are only available for deposits and can’t be used to process withdrawals.

Regardless of the method you choose or the amount you withdraw, there is a withdrawal fee of £2.50. So, if you withdraw £20, you will receive £17.50.

Verdict: Aztec Wins Review

As it’s part of the Jumpman Gaming network, Aztec Wins has access to a wide selection of slot machines, bingo rooms, and loyalty bonuses. It also benefits from the network’s unique welcome offer, although if you ask me, the loyalty bonuses are a much more enticing prospect.

The downside is that it suffers from the same pitfalls as other Jumpman sites, including slow withdrawals, poor customer support, and £2.50 withdrawal fee.

These issues aren’t a dealbreaker for me and they won’t be a major issue for the majority of players. But they stop Aztec Wins and other Jumpman sites from being on the same level as Wink Slots and PokerStars Casino.
