Kitty Bingo Review

As the owner of a possessive cat who insists on either lounging on my lap, lying by my side, or sitting on my shoulder like a fat ginger parrot, I can appreciate a good cat-themed website. (Incidentally, I have two cats, but the other one is normal.)

Kitty Bingo is such a website. It takes the internet’s favourite animal and turns it into an online bingo site. It’s run by Rank Interactive, licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and offers a plethora of promotions, games, and pussycats.

Welcome Bonuses

Cats are much more welcoming than you’d think. Sure, they don’t wag their tails, bark, and run around in circles like their canine cousins, but they do occasionally scratch their favourite pole, rub themselves against your leg, and then proceed to ignore you for several hours.

In the feline world, that’s as good as a hug, kiss, and a declaration of love.

Kitty Bingo is just as welcoming, offering a 200% Bingo Bonus, plus 25 Free Spins on Fishin’ Frenzy: The Big Catch. The offer is available to players who deposit at least £10. The maximum Bingo Bonus is £20. The Bingo Bonus and Free Spins expire after 7 days. The Bingo Bonus comes with a 3x wagering requirement, and the Free Spins carry a 25x wagering requirement.

Loyalty Offers

Kitty Bingo keeps the rewards coming long after the welcome bonus has finished.

Take the Daily Kitty Wheel as an example. Find the “Daily Play” link in your account and click the wheel to start spinning.

You get one spin per day, as well as an extra spin for every £25 wagered. The prize wheel includes bonus offers and loyalty points, the latter of which are tied to the site’s loyalty scheme.

You earn 1 point for every £1 wagered. However, these are only available on slots, scratch cards, and other arcade games, even though they are redeemable for bingo prizes.

You can redeem them when you have 1,000 points.

Other promotions include charity bingo games, where profits go to charity. There is one such promotion active at the time of writing and it seems to have been active for some time. It’s a great addition to the site and means you can win while knowing your funds are going to a good cause.

I think it’s a little strange that a site named after cats and covered with cat puns and imagery didn’t choose a cat’s charity for its charity bingo games. They have still chosen a great charity with the Carer’s Trust. But it’s just another one of those times when a gambling site had a great opportunity to create something relevant to its theme and refused to do so.

I noted something similar on Viking Bingo, which referenced an “Aztec” treasure chest and used a generic non-Viking-themed slot machine for its main promotion.

The charity thing is less of an issue, and all charities need help right now, so I still have to give credit to Kitty Bingo.

Software and Games

The bingo games are excellent on Kitty Bingo, just as they are on Lucky Pants Bingo, its sister site. There are themed bingo games, games based on popular TV shows (such as Deal or no Deal Bingo), and speed bingo.

You can play from as little as 1p per ticket and there are bigger games available as well. There’s always a big jackpot to play for and the structure of the site means it’s easy to find an active game.

On the slot side of things, Kitty Bingo offers a modest selection that spans several categories and includes many popular titles.

Customer Support

Kitty Bingo has live chat and telephone support, both of which are great options. It also has email, which is not so great.

I sent the support team an email three weeks before writing this review, as I always do. I pretended that I was having an issue with the sign-up page and needed help. I did not receive a reply.

If you actually have an account and choose the live chat or phone option, however, you’ll find helpful and friendly support staff. That’s often the case, but for some reason, most casinos just don’t care about emails from non-members.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Kitty Bingo lets players deposit just £5 and doesn’t charge a fee. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Paysafecard, and it processes withdrawals within 15 minutes.

Fast withdrawals are enabled, so even if you use debit cards, you should still receive your funds on the same day that you withdraw. If you use PayPal, you’ll get them in a matter of minutes.

Verdict: Kitty Bingo Review

Kitty Bingo is a top site that’s hard to fault. It offers many of the same great features as Lucky Pants Bingo, as well as the same simple and easy-to-use format. If I had to find issues, I’d focus on the customer support, which is very helpful, but only if you’re a member.
