Bounce Bingo is part of the massive Grand Battery Holdings Limited, a name you will see in the footer of many casinos and bingo sites. It uses the Dragonfish software and combines bingo rooms and slot machines.
Check out the following Bounce Bingo review for a deeper dive into this site.
Bingo bonuses tend to focus more on slot machines. You join a bingo site, make a deposit, and then end up with dozens of free spins and nothing to use on actual bingo games. Thankfully, Bounce Bingo doesn’t do that, and all new players can collect 2,500 free bingo tickets.
2,250 of these are for Kaching and are valid for 24 days. 250 are for Street Party and remain valid for 21 days.
A £10 deposit is required to unlock these free tickets. You will also be given 25 free spins on their choice of slot machine, but you must wager at least £5 of your deposit to qualify for these spins.
The spins are much more limiting than the bingo tickets, as they have a winnings cap of £2.50 and are valid for 7 days.
The Street Party bingo tickets have a value of £50 and can be used on daily games that begin at 19:30. As for the Ace Club Big Bang tickets, they also have a value of £50, but these games are only available on the 10th of every month.
Bounce Bingo offers daily free spins and free bingo tickets to all players who log in and deposit. There is also a Bounce Rewards program that keeps you incentivised with tickets, spins, and cashback.
Check the promotions page to catch the latest offers as and when they are available. You should also take a peek at the loyalty program every now and then.
Software and Games
Bounce Bingo has a good selection of slots to keep you busy, but it’s all about the bingo here and that’s an area where it excels. You can play multiple different bingo variations, including penny bingo, jackpot bingo, 90-ball, 80-ball, and something known as the Ace Club.
Ace Club bingo games have the biggest prizes. They also have the highest ticket prices, but if you’re looking to risk a little more cash to scoop 5 and 6-figure jackpots, they are perfect.
If you want to wager as little as possible, check out Gobsmacked, which costs just 1p per ticket. There is also a Free 4 U game which doesn’t cost anything but has prizes of a few quid every round.
Bounce Bingo also has special promotion days, including Wednesday Chic and Thursday Groove. These help to keep the numbers high during the week, but the biggest action can be found on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Player numbers regularly enter the thousands during these days and you can get your hands on some life-changing sums of money as well.
You can contact the Bounce Bingo support team through live chat or phone, the latter of which is available 7 days a week from 10 am to 2 am. It will try to direct you through the FAQs and to a contact form, but I wouldn’t recommend using it.
The contact form states that the support team will answer your query within 48 hours. But I sent a message three weeks before writing this review and I have yet to receive a response.
I wasn’t a member at the time, and that seems to have been the issue. Some sites (including the excellent Tote) respond to everyone quickly and professionally. Others only care if you are a member and will sooner send several emails asking for your account details than answer a simple question.
Unfortunately, Bounce Bingo is in the latter category.
Deposits and Withdrawals
There isn’t much to say on the banking options front except that options are good but withdrawals are slow. Not painfully slow as on some other sites, but you won’t get your funds instantly.
You can deposit and wager as little as £5 and will not be charged a fee. If you have an issue depositing through the site or prefer to do it over the phone, just call one of the Bounce Bingo support staff and they will guide you through it.
Verdict: Bounce Bingo Review
It suffers from some of the same shortcomings as well. These include poor email support, as they didn’t respond to my messages. It also includes slow withdrawals. They are not as slow as some other bingo sites, but they’re also not instant, and that’s what most players expect these days.
The positives definitely outweigh the negatives though and Bounce Bingo is a fantastic bingo site overall.
Yes, but in the summer of 2022, the site’s license was transferred to Grand Battery Holdings Limited. The operator also acquired the Dragonfish platform, which is used on Bounce Bingo.
If you joined Bounce Bingo before it switched to its new owner, you should still be able to log in. Nothing changed in that respect.
Yes. The link for the complaints procedure is in the website’s footer.
No. Some bingo sites are known to charge a small fee for withdrawals but Bounce Bingo is not one of them.
