They are better on the live chat side of things and you should be able to get a response once you sign up, but it’s still not a good sign. If a casino ignores all emails from non-members, it suggests that they won’t be very responsive or helpful when you need them.

Deposits and Withdrawals

If you’re using Pay By Mobile, keep in mind that deposits are charged at £2.50, there are low deposit limits, and you can’t withdraw with this method.

Bingo Games has a lot going for it. The design looks solid, navigation is easy, and it has over 1,000 games to choose from. The withdrawal fee is a huge negative though, and withdrawals are also much slower than they should be.

If you can ignore these two cons, there’s a lot to like.
