Bingo sites don’t always live up to their names, which is something I have ranted about many times (see Viking Bingo). But the first time I visited Bingo Barmy, I was greeted by a disco-ball pineapple with a human mouth. It’s a little Kafkaesque, but I’m not complaining. 

The colour scheme and layout is quite muted and plain, but it works and it means you’re not bombarded with bright imagery that’s trying too hard to be weird.

Welcome Bonuses

Bingo Barmy offers a big wager-free bonus to all new players. In total, it offers 1,150 bingo tickets and 30 free spins, and you only need a £10+ deposit to qualify. The bingo tickets are valid in a handful of rooms, including Royal Room and Royal Room Mystery, and the free spins are unlocked when you wager at least £5 of your deposit.

Free spins have a winnings cap of £3, but neither of these bonuses has wagering requirements. It means that you can withdraw your winnings straight away, assuming you win enough to clear the minimum withdrawal requirement.

Bingo Barmy is definitely not short on bingo bonuses. It’s always good to see these as far too many “bingo” sites limit their promotions to their slot machines. If you’re playing at a bingo site, you shouldn’t be greeted with bonuses that only offer free spins on slots you’re not interested in.

I’m going to hazard a guess and say that the first number is the correct one. 

It’s a good number of slots and will keep most players content, but it’s the bingo games that matter.

I have played at a lot of bingo sites on countless networks and I have been underwhelmed with many of them. Bingo Barmy, however, is excellent and should appease even the most hardcore of bingo players.

If you try to email the Bingo Barmy support team, you’ll notice that the address points to a generic bingo support domain. If you have any experience emailing other bingo brands, you might recognise it, as it’s the same email address used on many other sites.

I know that because I have tried contacting it several times. Half of the time they ignore me. The rest of the time they respond from a different online casino and ask me for account details before they can respond.

It’s annoying considering I had a very simple question to ask and it’s clear they didn’t even read my message, but the blow is softened by the fact that Bingo Barmy has live chat and phone support. Just bear in mind that you’ll need to be a member and will be asked for your account details when you contact them.

Bingo Barmy has low minimum deposit and withdrawal requirements, beginning at just £5. You can use Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and several other payment options to fund your account and they are also available for withdrawals.

As noted above, the lack of wagering requirements means you can withdraw all of the funds that are in your account.

The speed of those withdrawals is the only thing that lets Bingo Barmy down. It can take a couple of days to process your payments, and while that’s far from the longest wait in the industry, it’s very slow when compared to the instant payouts offered elsewhere.

Verdict: Bingo Barmy Review

Bingo Barmy calls itself the “barmiest bingo site online”. I’m not sure about that, but the bar has been set pretty low, so it’s not a grand statement to make. The site has a clean design that makes for an enjoyable experience. Of course, it helps that it also has dozens of excellent bingo rooms with a huge variety of prizes, including eye-watering jackpots.

The bingo bonuses are solid as well and it’s very hard to pick fault with the site. I’m not a huge fan of its email support, but they have live chat and phone support, so that’s irrelevant for most players. Where they could improve, however, is to offer more slot bonuses and speed up the withdrawals.
