32Red Sport Review

32Red is a casino and sportsbook brand that’s part of the Kindred Group, one that also owns Unibet. The brand focuses more on the casino side of things and has run a number of massive UK ad campaigns (most recently featuring Keith Lemon), but in the following review, I’ll show you why it’s the sportsbook (32Red Sports) that deserves all the attention.

Welcome Bonuses

32Red’s welcome bonus comes in the form of a profit boost. All new players are invited to choose from a variety of different profit boost options for in-play bets. These options begin at a 100% boost for a £10 bet and increase to a 10% boost for a £100 bet.

It covers your net profit, so if you win an Evens bet for a £10 profit and you have a 100% profit boost, you’ll get £20.

The profit boost only applies to in-play bets and you can’t collect this bonus if you use Neteller or Skrill. Bets must also be on odds of Evens (2.00) or greater.

Loyalty Offers

32Red Sports doesn’t have as many promotions as other sportsbooks. It’s also not a patch on its online casino, which has all kinds of free spins and matched deposit offers.

At the time of writing, the promotions page on 32Red includes a “Cash-Out” section. It’s not a promotion, it’s just advertising the feature, one that has become standard on most online sportsbooks. It’s also including “Live Streaming” on the list. Again, it’s nice to see, but it’s not really a promotion.

There are occasional price boosts, usually on horse racing or football, but your options are pretty limited in the bonus department.

Software and Betting Options

I love the layout of 32Red. In a previous review of bet365, I stated that I have joined hundreds of casinos over the years, dozens of which weren’t for review purposes. Of those, I have about 5 that I use on a regular basis and for varying reasons.

With bet365, it’s because it has the best streams and the widest variety of bets. 32Red is also on that list, as I enjoy the layout and the “totals” bets for boxing and football. It’s also really easy to place an accumulator bet here.

It has a clean layout with bold reds, blacks, and whites. It’s easy to find the sports and bets that you’re looking for and you can quickly navigate to “My Bets” to see all active wagers.

If I had to criticise anything, it would be the limited cash outs. These are available on many bets, but not all of them. The streams are also limited when compared to bet365.

Customer Support

Casinos and sportsbooks can be cruel when it comes to their bonus terms.

Some require you to contact customer support before the welcome bonus can be unlocked. Others need a code, and then there are those that refuse bonuses to players using PayPal or those who don’t opt in within 24 hours.

If you have made these mistakes in the past, you’ll know that complaining doesn’t get you anywhere. You can almost predict what they’re going to say before you contact them:

“I’m sorry, but our terms and conditions clearly state…”

“I can understand that you’re frustrated, but as noted in our terms and conditions…”

I’ve been there. I’ve done that. And if I hadn’t had so many bonuses taken away from me, I could probably afford to get the t-shirts.

32Red is the only exception.

When I first joined this site, it had a very specific term that I overlooked. To be honest, I can’t even remember what it was, but I tried my luck on live chat anyway. I expected to be met with resistance, but actually encountered a very friendly support team member who apologised and then gave me the bonus credits.

A few months later, I made a mistake on the site and asked if it could be remedied. Again, I didn’t expect much, but they fixed the issue and then gave me a free bet as a goodwill gesture, even though they hadn’t done anything wrong.

In the online gambling industry, we’re used to being fobbed off and treated like digital cattle, so this was very refreshing.

If I had to rate sportsbooks based on customer support, 32Red would be at the top of the pile.

Deposits and Withdrawals

32Red accepts PayPal, debit cards, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, Paysafecard, and Trustly. There is no fee for using any of these options and all withdrawals are processed very quickly, with the funds typically hitting your account within hours.

The minimum deposit is just £5, but this might not be enough to cover the minimum qualifying amount for the site’s bonuses. If you’re depositing less than £20 as a new player, it’s always worth checking the bonus terms and conditions.

The support team might have given me the bonus anyway regardless of my mistake, but it’s unlikely that they’ll do the same if the mistake is that you didn’t deposit enough.

Verdict 32Red Sports Review

There’s a lot that I like about 32Red. It has the best customer support, a fantastic layout, and some great betting options. But it’s not perfect.

The bonuses are lacking when compared to some other bookmakers and it’s not as expansive as bet365 and other sites when it comes to in-play betting, cash outs, and live streaming
